Guidelines for Returns

For a return request to be accepted, all of the following needs to be true:

  • You submitted a return request AND the shipment was sent WITH tracking within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.
  • The item is being returned unused, unworn, and in the conditions it was received (this means tags still attached to the original packaging).
  • You have the original receipt attached.

The following conditions apply to approved returns:

  • Return shipping is to be paid for by you, the customer.
  • You will not be refunded the cost of shipping the item, and returns are limited to refunds for the cost of the item(s).
  • You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) after the returned item(s) is (are) received and your return is recorded in our system.
  • Out of the country returns may be subject to additional fees.

Note:

  • Any returns sent THAT HAVE NOT HAD APPROVAL will be sent back unopened.
  • Any returns erroneous request sent after an allowable amount of time will be ignored, and the item will not be returned to you.
  • Questions and correspondence for an unused item for return may be sent to orders@camisafilipina.com


Items Received Damaged or Incorrectly

Upon arrival of your order, you are encouraged to be conscientious about the arrival time of your order. In the event you received an order and the item(s) in the order are broken, defective or incorrectly sent to you, please contact or email us at orders@camisafilipina.com
