Shipping & Delivery

 

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

Processing times apply to business days only (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer Standard and Express International Shipping, both with full tracking.

  • Standard Shipping: Sent via USPS and delivered by your local postal service in the destination country.

  • Express Shipping: Sent via DHL Express or UPS for faster delivery.

You can track your order at every stage using the tracking number provided.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If a shipment is refused or not collected, it may be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for parcels that are:

  • Lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Not received or collected from the delivery provider

All orders include tracking, and we recommend monitoring it regularly. For delivery issues, please contact your local postal service or courier handling the final delivery.
