Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our California, USA warehouse.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package until it arrives.
Please note that processing times apply only to business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Tariffs, Import Duties & Taxes
Customs regulations vary by country and may change without notice. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or not collected, it may be considered abandoned by the carrier or customs authorities. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund, as the parcel cannot be recovered.
International Shipping (Standard & Express)
All international orders include full tracking.

Standard International Shipping orders are shipped via USPS.

Express International Shipping orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS.
Once a package leaves San Diego, California, it is transferred to the local postal service in the destination country for final delivery when using standard shipping. Express shipments are delivered directly by DHL Express or UPS.
Each order is assigned a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment throughout the delivery process.
We recommend checking your tracking regularly for the latest updates. If you experience delivery issues, need to reschedule delivery, or arrange parcel collection, please contact your local postal service or delivery provider directly, as they manage the final delivery in your area.
Failed Delivery (Incorrect Address or Unavailable Recipient)
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, and the email address provided at checkout may receive delivery notifications from the shipping carrier.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information and contacting the delivery provider or your local postal service if any delivery issues occur.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for:
